Monica Townsend is our Agency Manager with over twenty years of experience working alongside the Insurance Solutions USA principal agent, Jack Townsend, and the team. Monica specializes in operations management and client relations, having a background in management and sales. Monica is a strong force in the workplace and works behind the scenes supporting clients, agents, and the agency’s daily operations. Monica graduated from Texas A&M University, College Station, in 1989 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Monica’s career includes working as an Executive Assistant with Walgreens and a Sales Representative with Nabisco Brands. Monica stepped away from corporate America to raise two daughters, then restarted her career with her family’s agency, Insurance Solutions USA.
Additionally, Monica is the Building Operations Manager for their 2nd family-owned business, Lone Star Executive Suites, in Grapevine, TX. Monica is inspired daily by her husband, Jack, their two daughters, Rachel and Renee, and her mom, Hilda. She feels there is no better joy than working alongside family. In her free time, Monica likes to watch movies and play with her grandson.
