Hilda Carranza is our Office Administrator with over twenty years of experience working alongside the Insurance Solutions USA principal agent, Jack Townsend, and the team. Hilda is bilingual and serves as our agency interpreter, enabling our agents to service the Hispanic community with their insurance needs. In addition, Hilda has a lifetime of experience working alongside business executives and attorneys. Hilda is often the first person our client speaks with as she answers most calls and greets clients at our office. Hilda specializes in accounting and sales reports and is responsible for tracking business and helping the agency stay organized. Hilda is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. Hilda earned an Associate in Business Administration specializing in Office Administration in 1959. Hilda’s deceased husband, Ismael Carranza, was a principal and co-founder of Insurance Solutions USA. Hilda splits her time working as an Office Manager at her family-owned business, Lone Star Executive Suites, in Grapevine, Tx. In addition, Hilda is inspired by her daughter, son-in-law, granddaughters, and great-grandchildren. In her free time, Hilda likes to go to Casinos, travel, and go shopping.
